What temperature do you recommend we set waters heaters to in new construction?   Water heaters sometimes come from the factory with high temperature settings, but a setting of 115˚F provides comfortable hot water for most uses.

The Water/Sewer Project Management Team at Groton Utilities works in construction management from residential to commercial projects. Our team is customer focused, and are experts in providing technical information and advice. They are highly trained with the latest technology and equipment for surveying, locating and mapping. The Project Managers know the water and wastewater systems completely and are capable of responding to routine questions and emergency situations in a prompt and professional manner. On October 15, 2004, Groton Utilities moved its Project Management Department to our new Water Operations Building at 1240 Poquonnock Road opposite the Poquonnock Bridge Baptist Church at Poquonnock and South Roads. All telephone numbers will remain the same except for the fax number which is 446-4075.
