If the electric water heater is to be controlled it shall be a storage type, with twin units, and in accordance with Company specifications. The ratio between kilowatt and reactive capacity will be determined by continuous measuring instruments or by periodic tests at reasonable intervals and if determined by test the resulting ratio will remain in effect until a new determination is made.
DISCOUNTS:
PRIMARY DELIVERY: If the service is taken at the Customer’s property line and the Company is relieved of installing any transforming and sub-station equipment, except the metering equipment, the following deductions will be made from the kilowatt capacity charge:
11.0¢ per kilowatt per month for all kilowatts of Billing Capacity.
