Employee Identification
Every Groton Utilities employee who visits your home has an
identification badge bearing his or her name, signature and
photograph. Groton Utilities meter readers also wear uniforms
with their names and the Groton Utilities Logo displayed on
them. (Please see picture showing identifying features.)
Utilities Field Personnel do not wear uniforms but are required
to display their identification badges with photograph and the
Groton Utilities logo.
Please ask for proper identification for your protection.
When in doubt, you can and should call our Customer Care Center
at 446-4000 and ask if any of our employees are in your
neighborhood.
