How to Apply for Service
All customers applying for service must complete an Application
for Service.

The charge is a $15.00 connect fee; it
is charged to all new service
requests. | | |

The following will be needed to apply for service:
- Copy of lease
- Driver’s license (photo ID)
- Meter Deposit, if required
(Residential Customers - a letter of Good Credit from
current Utilities company can waive the Meter Deposit)
- Exact address for service, including apartment number
- Previous address
- Valid phone number
- Employer information
- Social Security Number
A Connect charge will be billed when the account is established.
